Community and Impact

Impact beyond the boardroom

Transforming businesses. Transforming communities.

Success means nothing if it only travels in one direction.

I grew up in West London. I know what it looks like when talent goes unrealised because the right doors were never opened. I know what it means to build something without a safety net, without the right connections, without anyone in the room who looks like you.

That’s why the work I do outside of consulting matters as much to me as the work inside it

Jamaica Community Recycling Programme

Jamaica is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is also facing a waste and recycling crisis that is damaging its land, its coastlines, and the communities that depend on them.

I’m working with a small team of local partners to build a community-led recycling programme — one that is designed and owned by the people it serves, not imposed from the outside.

We are in the early stages. We are building it properly. I’ve been in conversation with local MPs and stakeholders to ensure the programme has the roots it needs to last.

This is not a quick fix. It’s a long-term commitment to a place I love.

Opening Doors for the Next Generation

When I ran my accounting firm, I did something that felt obvious at the time — I took on young people from my community who needed a chance. I gave them real work, real responsibility, and real belief.

I didn’t call it mentoring. I just called it the right thing to do.

I’m now building that back into my life more deliberately. I work with young people from West London who want to start businesses, helping them think through ideas, avoid the mistakes I made, and find the confidence to back themselves.

If you’re a young entrepreneur from this community, or you know someone who is, get in touch. The best thing I ever received was someone’s time. I’m paying it forward.
